Returns & Satisfaction Policy

At Moroccan Heritage, every soap bar is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our soaps are personal-care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or unwrapped.

Unopened Products

If you change your mind, unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Variations

Because our soaps are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, shape, weight, texture, botanical appearance, and scent may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of an artisan product and are not considered defects.

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity

Please review the complete ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Final-Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unwrapped soaps and other personal-care products are final sale.
